1. Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Welcome to Vietnam, you will be transferred to your hotel in the city center. Take your time to rest by yourself.

Day 2: Hanoi Half Day City – Lao Cai
Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. You will be picked up at your hotel to explore the city. Visit famous attractions around Hanoi: Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, One Pillar pagoda, Temple of Literature - the first university in Vietnam.
Have lunch at a local restaurant to enjoy traditional food in Vietnam
Afternoon: Take a 3,5 hour drive towards Lao Cai. Take a rest by yourself. Have dinner and enjoy overnight in Lao Cai

Day 3: Lao Cai - Bac Ha Market - Hoang Su Phi - Ha Giang
Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. You will be transferred to Bac Ha Town, which is 110 km from Sapa. Enjoy the colorful market of the hill tribes in the North of Vietnam. Visit H’mong King’s palace and some villages. Then you will be transferred to Ha Giang Province.
Have lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon: Arrive at trekking point Thong Nguyen in Nam Hong village and get involved in a short trek to a Red Yao village. Have dinner and overnight at the homestay.

Accommodation: Homestay in Ha Giang
Day 4: Hoang Su Phi Trek
Morning: Have breakfast at a local house. Spend the whole day trekking to explore Hoang Su Phi mountains, a national heritage. Visit some local hill tribes like: Tay people, the Black Yao people or Yao with long tunic, the Red Yao people. Have lunch at a local house.
Afternoon: reach the H'Mong ethnic minority’s house. Have dinner and experience the night at a local house, emerging in local culture and life.

Accommodation: Homestay in Ha Giang
Day 5: More Tribal Experience
Morning: Have breakfast at the local family and enjoy trekking through Bamboo trees, rice terraces and streams. Have lunch on the way.
Afternoon: Trekking back to Pan Hou Lodge, check in and take a rest by yourself. Have dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6: Ha Giang – Hanoi
Morning: Have breakfast at Ha Giang. Then you will be on the way back to Hanoi, lunch at a restaurant on the way.
Afternoon: Arrive in Hanoi in the afternoon and take time to rest.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 7: Hanoi - Halong Bay
Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. Then you will be transferred to Halong by bus or limousine. Check in on the cruise and have lunch on the cruise.
Afternoon: enjoy the view of Dog Head and Swan Islands, Ba Hang Floating villages (with floating houses), Incense Burner and Thumb Islands before reaching the Luom Bo area for kayaking. You have some time to go kayaking and enjoy the scenery here.
Have dinner on the cruise and take time to rest by yourself.

Day 8: Heritage Site – Lan Ha Bay –National Park – Anchorage Area
Morning: Have breakfast on the cruise, enjoy sunrise and beautiful stunning views on the bay. Go kayaking to discover other part of Halong Bay. Enjoy Frog, ChopStick Island, Cua Van Floating Village. You can take a break to swim and relax on the beach.
Have lunch on the beach.
Afternoon: Visit Cat Ba National Park, Dark Cave and Bright Cave to see an amazing cave and lagoon inside. Then return to the cruise and watch the sunset while relaxing and enjoy tea and coffee on the sundeck.

Accommodation: on the cruise
Day 9: Ha Long - Hanoi
Morning: Have breakfast on the cruise while enjoying some impressive caves: Sung Sot cave. Then return to the cruise and have lunch. Take your time to rest.
Afternoon: travel back to the land and come back to Hanoi in the late afternoon.

Accommodation: Hotel in Hanoi
Day 10: Hanoi Departure
Morning: have breakfast at the hotel. You will be transferred to Noi Bai airport to prepare for your flight coming back home. End of the tour.
